Just looking? I think not.

    This is what happens when you go to a car lot by yourself, with a small knowledge of cars, with the full intention to simply browse the vast majority of used vehicles only to be spotted and swooped upon by numerous car salesman.
   

The Clouded Yellow Butterfly

    Guess What!! This butterfly eats Fabaceae which is simply a large family of flowering plants.

The Monarch Butterfly

    Guess What!! The Monarch Butterfly has a secret weapon. It tastes bad! The Monarch Butterfly lays its egg on the bottom side of a milkweed plant. When it hatches into a caterpillar it eats the plant. Milkweed plants are actually toxic, but when the caterpillar eats it, death does not follow. The toxin is  stored inside the caterpillar. So when the enemy attempts to eat the butterfly, it gets a nasty surprise. Cool huh!

                        

Dragons!!

   I really like dragons! I think they're super cool and I find them a good challenge to draw. I have seen a lot of really great inspirational dragon artwork so I wanted to try drawing some myself. Here are a couple I managed to come up with.

I know this one isn't a whole dragon, but I was trying to capture the idea of someone hiding from one.

Hearts With a Different Style

    I was just playing around when I did these two pictures. A little abstract fun turned into a couple art pictures.  These were created with the computer software called 'Blender'. 

   

Butterflies!!!!!

   One of my favorite things in the world are butterflies. I really like all the different varieties that are out there in the world. I even enjoy the ones that don't exist. I decided that I wanted to start a collection of butterfly painting for fun. I would love to share them with you as I discover more. I'll probably even paint some fantasy ones as well.

Here's one for starters. It is the first butterfly in my collection, painted with acrylic paints on a mini 

canvas. The canvas is mini to the point where it just about fits in the palm of my hand.
